You can create a Referee profile listing the sport(s) you officiate, your experience, any certifications, and your availability, so Partners can discover and book you for Matches.

Partners search for Referees by sport, location and availability. A complete, accurate profile improves your chances of being discovered and booked for Matches.

When a Partner sends you a Match request, you can review the Tournament, venue, date and time before accepting or declining. Accepting a request confirms your availability to officiate that Match.

You are expected to arrive on time, officiate in accordance with the rules of the sport and Tournament, and act impartially throughout the Match.

After a Match, you are responsible for confirming the final result and any required match data on the Platform, which is used to update fixtures, standings and, where applicable, Prediction resolution.

Where a Match includes a Referee fee, the amount and expected payment timeline are shown when you accept the assignment. Payment is processed after the Match is marked complete, subject to standard payment-provider timelines.

If you are unable to officiate a Match you have accepted, cancel through the Platform as early as possible so the Partner can arrange a replacement. Repeated late cancellations may affect your visibility to Partners.

Referees are expected to act with integrity and impartiality at all times. SPOTO may request verification of claimed experience or certifications, and may remove a Referee from the network for confirmed misconduct, bias, or result manipulation.
